Deployment of Gallery, easy as it can be!

The implementation of an ERP system is considered expensive and time-consuming. This is not the case with the Gallery ERP, and Gallery customers can attest to this. Customers are mostly disappointed that they did not become Gallery users sooner.

5/24 DRUPA 2024 Düsseldorf 28.5.2024 – 7.6.2024. We were unable to attend.

9/23 Graphic industry trade fair at the Kista Exhibition and Convention Centre in Stockholm on 19-21 September 2023. We are at stand C29. Welcome! Read more www.printochsign.se.fi

We will be presenting the Web Gallery online store for printed products for the first time at the fair. It works directly from the software’s ERP system, where the products are created and where their pricing takes place.

6/20 DRUPA @ Düsseldorf 2020. This fair was cancelled and postponed to summer 2024.

3/20 We attended the Sign, Print & Pack Finland 2020 fair. On the last day of the fair, the Covid lockdown began in Finland. The fair was closed an hour earlier.

2/17 File Gallery participated RemaDays 2017 logo-remaEXPO in Warsaw Poland.
The Gallery was demonstrated to the Polish printing companies and the outcome was more than positive.

2/17 At the fair again. Now in our beloved western neighbor
Sweden, Stockholm. The challenging Swedish market is devoid of Gallery, and it was also reflected in the level of interest.

We got wery many interesting contacts from packaging and printing companies in domestics and abroad.

 6/16 File Gallery visited Drupa exhibition in Düsseldorf Germany.  drupaWe were surprised about the great interest to the Gallery software. In 11 days Drupa exhibition we demonstrated the software 158 times to company representatives from 47 different countries.

Prices 0% VAT

Prices will be subject to VAT at 25.5% in Finland.

Gallery software rental

The initial fee for the Gallery software is 3 800 €.

The price of the 1st user-specific program license for Gallery is 290 €/month.

The price of subsequent additional user licenses for Gallery is 27 €/month.

For example, the rental fee for 5 users is 398 €/month.

 

Cloud server rental

The Gallery software is installed either on your own server or on a rented cloud server.

The cloud server setup fee is 350 €.

The cloud server rental price is determined by the number of Gallery users.

Cloud server with mirroring

  • 5-10 users: 130 €/month
  • 11-20 users: 145 €/month
  • 21-30 users: 160 €/month
  • progressive backup and replication to a backup server
  • in case of failure, you can get to the situation 5-10 minutes ago
  • hourly backups for the last 12 hours
  • daily backups for the previous 7 days
  • weekly backups for the previous 4 weeks
  • offsite backup for the previous 30 days

Production server without mirroring

  • 1-4 users: 90 €/month
  • local backups twice a day
  • offsite backup for the previous 7 days twice a day
  • in case of failure, recovery takes longer due to the installation of a new server, restore to the previous offsite backup
 

Gallery-related work

Gallery-related work is charged separately based on the actual work according to hours at a price of 135 €/h. The smallest chargeable unit is one hour.

Installation of the customer’s own server

The price of installing the Gallery server is 380 € and includes the following work:

  • installation and configuration of the TeamViewer software
  • installation and configuration of the FileMaker Server 22 software
  • installation of the FileMaker Pro 22 software
  • purchase and installation of an SSL certificate (purchase price is invoiced separately, approximately 55 €/year)
  • definition of the DNS name in the customer’s environment
  • required firewall openings for the FileMakerServer software
  • DNS and firewall openings require the customer to have appropriate hardware.
  • the price of the SSL certificate is approximately 55 €/year, which the customer is responsible for

All costs are invoiced according to actual costs.

Instructing personnel involved in the processing of personal data and careful selection of subcontractors. We bind all data processors with confidentiality agreements.

Data disclosure

Data will not be disclosed outside File Gallery Oy’s company register, unless expressly required by law. Data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA in principle.

Data retention policy

We will only retain user data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in accordance with the legislation in force at the time, after which the data will be deleted from the company register.
